Best convenience store in Pottsville, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

I had an excellent experience here! I did not see a 1/2 gallon flavor of iced tea that I wanted to purchase and he offered to go in the back room and find it for me. I wound up getting what I wanted thanks to him! I found the store to be nice and clean and It had a nifty little dining/drinking area too. ~Dan

Went here in early and mid 2021. Very bad customer service. 3 of the people who were working there which if I had to guess were women in there 50s and 60s had some of the worst attitudes I have ever seen and they had no issues gossiping and complaining right in front of customers. Place was dirty and just a bad vibe in general. I would rather shop online then go to this place I actually walked out and didn't bother buying anything and didn't visit again for many months! Went back here in August of 2022. I didn't see these ladies anywhere and I saw new employees. Not sure if someone went to corporate and told them about this place or they just were fired or left but in any way I'm glad they are not here anymore.. Of course it could be a fluke but the place does seem to be in better working condition so my guess is they are no longer here! I don't know who hired the ladies who made the place so awful to visit but because clearly someone did I have to rate this place 1 star. Don't get me wrong I'm glad it's in better working condition and more inviting to come in and shop, there is still no excuse why the ladies acted so badly for so long. They had to be at that location for at least a year if not more. I was shocked seeing people that old act so petty and ugly! ~Turner

Owners are friendly and take the time to ask how you are and how you been doing. Prices are good. Only downfall would be the people who linger outside. At any given time you could be harresed for money, cigarettes, or to buy drugs/alcohol. ~James
