Humanely pasture fed Bison, raised by a really nice guy. I highly recommend the trip to his farm for meat. Do NOT expect farm tours or a closeup photo op with Bison. These are natural raised so they are still as wild as the Bison in Yellowstone. (And we all know not to get in the path of these magnificent beasts.) If you like the idea of eating naturally raised, happy meats, then you must contribute to that environment by giving the animals a wide berth. Stay off and back from the fences and leave all that natural for the animals. The man who provides the Bison meat to you knows how to give you the food you enjoy. Just pop into his farm stand, make your selections and enjoy the fact that you contribute to the best meat raising system. Bison is leaner than chicken. No flare ups on the grill.
