You are better off getting prescriptions delivered from another CVS than you are walking to this one. Regardless of convenience, these people pay little mind to their customers. If you try to call to discuss an insurance problem, they don’t pick up the phone. They pay little mind to the nature of prescriptions, chucking them out like a monotonous factory rather than investing in a client’s care. I learned far more about my own prescriptions and their potential effects from the CVS in Newtown Square than I ever could have here.
In addition, this monotonous factory of a CVS is its own monster within the arena of the health insurance system. You have even the slightest frustration in their presence, their face of a particularly large man with a beard makes the excuse of “people have died, people are losing their relatives.” As if that is an excuse for their own attitudes and their lackluster service. Take any and all prescription-based business elsewhere. We already have enough of a bungle to deal with in this nightmarish healthcare system. This CVS consistently makes it worse. ~Christina
