If you try to call to discuss an insurance problem, they don’t pick up the phone. They pay little mind to the nature of prescriptions, chucking them out like a monotonous factory rather than investing in a client’s care. I learned far more about my own prescriptions and their potential effects from the CVS in Newtown Square than I ever could have here. In addition, this monotonous factory of a CVS is its own monster within the arena of the health insurance system. You have even the slightest frustration in their presence, their face of a particularly large man with a beard makes the excuse of “people have died, people are losing their relatives.” As if that is an excuse for their own attitudes and their lackluster service.
