Best bank in Smithfield, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

This bank has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and I use several banks. No one knows anything or can answer you questions and their famous response is “I just work here”. They think they can talk over customers and have a very bad attitude with everyone. I won’t be banking with them anymore. They also made a transaction from one account of mine to another without my permission and when I called to find out what’s going on, the branch manager is “in a meeting with another client”. I seem to see this problem in many reviews here. It’s time they get shut down! ~Steelfan77
