Best cell phone store in Springfield, Pennsylvania (PA) 2025

Hello! GO HERE IF YOU WANT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I was in a tricky predicament yesterday (1/26/2021) where I wanted to change the color of my phone that I had just upgraded on (1/22/21). The two gentleman, Abe & Toni who work in the T-Mobile within the Springfield mall located on (1250 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, PA 19064) assisted me with this switch. I can truly say these two associates provided me with the most exceptional customer service experience I have ever encountered. Not only did they successfully make the switch for me in a timely matter they were truly friendly and genuinely wanted to help me out. I will absolutely be referring friends, family & patients to that T-Mobile & will only be doing business with them in the future. Thanks again Abe & Toni !!!! ~courtney
