Best physical fitness program in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

With only a brief exposure to Zumba, I decided to join Maridol's class. I was reluctant because I thought I would really stand out not knowing what to do. As a true beginner, she and the class members welcomed me and I have not regretted joining. She is an excellent instructor because she really wants us to get toned up; she is passionate about Zumba and this comes across very naturally to everyone. Maridol changes the dances and songs regularly so that we no one gets bored with the routines. She adds humor, smiles at everyone, and watches all of us to make sure that we are doing the dances and stretches properly. Tuesday and Thursday nights are a must for me.
