Wouldnt waste my time here. Go to the one in mansfield. Wellsboro staff are rude and literally ignore customers. I watched 7 cars try to go through drive through at 845. Because their drive though has always opened at 830 on Saturday. Both staff are sitting there doing absolutely nothing. But getting paid. ~Lisa

too bad you can't leave zero stars. i opened an online account in advance of moving to penna, all was processed ... or so i thought. they called me to advise of online banking fees and upon questioning of opening overdraft was told to call. upon calling i was told the account is closed, eventhough the initial deposit was processed, because i could not be reached. they called me! their interoffice communication seems nonexistent. go elsewhere. ~Gregg
