An employee at the store cursed at me in foul language for walking out and not purchasing the items after the discount on the items were not vaild even that they still had the sign posted. Called in the next day to complain and the same employee picked up the phone accused me of lying and not to come back to the store again. Called a second time and this time got hold of the manager. Explained to him the situtation, left my phone number and name at his request for the promise of him calling me back to resolve the issue, the call never came. I wish I acted earlier and filed a complaint to the 7-11 corporation ~Sam

Just had a terrible interaction with the owner where she resorted to profanity. So much for trying to shop local and support small business. ~Brian

Stuart is a wonderful jeweler!! He bends over backward to make his customers happy. He has designed jewelry for my friends and me. We have been thrilled with the results! He is skilled and very trustworthy!! ~Linda

I just got off the phone with the owner of this company. I have never spoken to a more arrogant person. I scheduled an appointment to have my car detailed and due to unforeseen circumstances, my daughter had to take the car for an undetermined period of time. I provided 24 hours notice of cancellation but according to their policy refunds are not allowed – no exceptions. I told them that I would reschedule but that it wouldn’t be until end of June and I didn’t want to be out the money for that long. He proceeded to tell me that it is too bad and that he is a CPA and attorney and he does this as a side business and next time I should read the polices. He was aggressive, threatening and insulting. He scoffed and said go ahead and try to get $200 from me. If you are considering getting your car detailed, consider going to a place that cares about the customer, not professing how successful the owner is and how little he could care about the customer. I have been in business a long time and have never dealt with anyone so ignorant. Please redirect your business to someone who values it. I have contacted the BBB as well as I would never feel comfortable leaving my car unsupervised with someone who runs a business this way and talks to customers the way he does. I wish I had read the other yelp reviews prior to considering business with this company. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! Service: Auto detailing ~Rose
