Best car detailing service in West Chester, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

I just got off the phone with the owner of this company. I have never spoken to a more arrogant person. I scheduled an appointment to have my car detailed and due to unforeseen circumstances, my daughter had to take the car for an undetermined period of time. I provided 24 hours notice of cancellation but according to their policy refunds are not allowed – no exceptions. I told them that I would reschedule but that it wouldn’t be until end of June and I didn’t want to be out the money for that long. He proceeded to tell me that it is too bad and that he is a CPA and attorney and he does this as a side business and next time I should read the polices. He was aggressive, threatening and insulting. He scoffed and said go ahead and try to get $200 from me. If you are considering getting your car detailed, consider going to a place that cares about the customer, not professing how successful the owner is and how little he could care about the customer. I have been in business a long time and have never dealt with anyone so ignorant. Please redirect your business to someone who values it. I have contacted the BBB as well as I would never feel comfortable leaving my car unsupervised with someone who runs a business this way and talks to customers the way he does.
