Yesterday afternoon while riding the GAP trail we are 4 miles outside of West Newton when I experienced two broken spokes on my rear wheel. Not wanting to damage anything any further I carefully rode, wobbly wheel and all, the 4 miles to town to get this repaired. The place was busy and they got to me as quick as possible (about 20 minutes). After wheel was replaced and I was ready to go I realized the air pressure on that same tire was lower than it should be. The tech took my bike back in and discovered somewhere I picked up a small thorn which not only pierced my tire but tube as well so there was a small leak. That meant I needed a new tire and tube. While he had my bike on the stand, he adjusted the brakes and shifting, without being asked and no additional charge. This bike shop was very friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing to my bike. Highly recommend if you need bike assistance in that area and I will do the same. Thank you! So.. I gotta tell you I was introduced to them because I broke down in the parking lot of my job and they were the closest place to me! Not only did they give me a ride back to my job but jumped my car for absolutely free ( share kindness of Dave Martinelli) the next time I went I needed an inspection! I dropped my car off they fixed it and called me when it was ready... Just that simple simply in and out!! The next time I went I needed my door handle fixed on my car... Dave had to order the part but when it came in they called me they fixed it I've had no problem since!!! His prices are truly fair!!! His work and work ethic are truly impeccable!!! Not only do I live two cities away and will continue to use him but I will also recommend him!!! ~P

Not many reviews on his gunsmith abilities so I'll add something... Wanted to find a local gunsmith to do a routine barrel threading for a muzzle brake on one of my expensive custom competition guns. I was a bit leery since I hadn't heard of this shop previously but took a chance. He did an excellent job and the turnaround time was less than a week. I also learned he does custom builds. I have another custom rig that I plan to take to him for barrel threading as well. Will likely give him a shot at re-barreling another custom rifle that I have. That will be the true test. I'm certainly glad I found this shop and don't have to ship out my rifles all the time. With regards to the shop itself, he seems to have some nice firearms for sale, decent selection of ammo and some reloading supplies. I didn't really research prices but a few rifles I saw seemed to be at the lower end of the pricing band. ~craigp40

Words really can't even express the satisfaction I feel after hiring Calypso. I was stood up by several movers and these guys drove over an hour on memorial weekend to help me. They are professional and it shows. They took the time to ensure my things were safe and where I wanted them. They went above and beyond I will be using their services alot more. Horrendous experience. Had a prescription transferred from another pharmacy- they promised a call when it was ready. No call for a medicine that I need to maintain functionality (not narcotic). Then, when my wife called to check later while I was working to see if my prescription was ready they hung up on her mid-sentence despite asking questions. Then upon pick up they gave no information about the medicine (doctor filled for three months instead of one), were rude in person to my wife, and got into a huff when they had to rerun the billing for prescription to make it a little cheaper (using a discount card is part of saving money in the insanity of American medical bills). Pretty sure there's two people working there total as well (which means I hope management reads this- if your techs and pharmacist are this burnt out they need help or replaced). ~Zechariah

Props for the entire staff (Retail and pharmacy). Everyone is always polite and respectful. The pharmacy team always tries to find me the best deals on prescriptions as I do not have health coverage and pay out of pocket. Small town atmosphere, great attitudes! ~law

This store carries a2 and ripple and has some good deals sometimes. Thanks for carrying those items while others do not. Cashiers at registers need to be more courteous and smile.. ~Janie
