I frequent this store and the employees are amazing! I have seen them be kind and patient towards customers who are rude and impatient. It takes a lot to manage squishmallow drops, and as a small business they are doing great! The location isn’t what’s listed on Google, they’re just a minute down the road though next to the Dunkin’ Donuts. Nothing a quick call into the store couldn’t fix, they gave me helpful directions to get there. ~Calista

it's 8:10 p.m. I came to receive money sent to me. This type of places are made for emergencies when banks are not available. However, when I went to withdraw the money I was told and I quote "We don't have that amount of money here, we rarely have that amount of money" end quote. Rite Aid is affiliated with Western Union and yet they tell me they don't have money. What happens more than 1 people walk in to receive money? I don't understand you shouldn't be a Western Union if you have no money... ~Guadalupe

Really disappointed in their mailing services, which is something I use frequently with my business. Harry just tries to swindle as much money out of you as he can when mailing out your items. Tried to send a package to someone with multiple items in it. He packaged each item up separately and charged me for each item (packaging AND shipping) after I wrote down and labeled for it to go in one box. I mean, WHO wants things shipped in separate parcels to one person like that and WHO would want to pay for that?? The whole thing ended up costing me SO much money and even though there is proof that he didn't follow my instructions, he refused any kind of solution or refund. I didn't even give me tracking numbers for the packages I paid an arm and a leg to ship! I am all about supporting small business, but man did I get burned with this place. BEWARE. ~Julie

I live in the South Hills and brought my daughter’s wedding dress to Owl Cleaners in Wexford based on the recommendations from the knot. I am so glad that I did . Heather and her team did an impeccable cleaning and preservation of a wedding dress that needed special care. Heather was amazing with the care of the dress. The pricing was excellent. Despite being short staffed, they manage to have great customer service. I went through the drive through with my dog and the kind employee at the window offered him a pup cup even though she was clearly busy. I told her it was his birthday and she went above and beyond to give him a special treat. Great job! ~Matt

Josh was absolutely amazing! I came in last minute and he took me in to change my oil without any problem. He was friendly and explained everything that he looked at/needed done on my car. As a young girl, I did not feel pressured at all. Josh was so informative on what needed done. Prices were reasonable too! I will most definitely be coming back to this location for my oil changes, and asking for Josh specifically. Telling my friends and family About the great service too! ~Natalie
