I had to visit the branch in person today. Once inside the wonderful Lynnice Jones sought me out from her busy station. She took me to her cubicle and handled my transaction, she did this with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Then she spent the time to help me get a fee refunded. I will be back in the near future to look into refinancing my auto loan and opening a credit card, both of which she informed me about. Message to management: take notice and take care of employees like Lynnice J. ~Allan

I was with a business associate today looking to get some banking accomplished. We were treated as if we were their biggest client, not even close, but he always brags on how good they treat him and is always telling guys that do work for us “go to white oak-they know me”. I was blown away at the time the assistant manager took to make sure everything in s&t’s power was done to get it handled. Customer service there is a “10” ~J.R.
