Best bank in Cranston, Rhode Island (RI) 2024

This place is worst citizens bank ever , Sunday shift 2pm April 30th , I been there the girl she didn't say how can I help you or welcomed me , she waved to me to go the counter, and i was the one who told her "how you doing " without looking at me she barely said "good " !! Then she refused to give me any large bells , (all other citizens bank are not happy to give any large bells also )??? She want to give me twenties!! What $1400 twenties?? Why didn't I go to ATM instead ??? why you guys don't want to give any large bells ????????? It's time to switch this Bad ,old fashion , bank after 2 years with them I just want to say all there employees they are not professionals , by the way the guy was with her working when she asked him he didn't look at me also and answer in Spanish something , the practice like they are giving me free money !!!!!! ~naseer

Deplorable service, tellers lack the skills to provide service. This bank seems to work in a pre-internet era don’t open accounts with them they will give a hard time to people that want to get their funds. ~Ana
