My experience at Lincoln Tire was incredible. I took my truck there today for an inspection and they identified an oil leak. They squeezed me in their schedule later in the day, identified root cause, expedited the component that needed replacement and made the repair in less than 1h 30m. The owner, his wife and all of the staff were courteous and professional, a truly great experience all around. Can’t recommend this place enough! ~Mike

Tremendously bad automated phone call system. I was hung up on 3-4 times after getting through all of the cumbersome automated choices, which was a feat in itself. Also hung up on by the pharmacy agent after being on hold twice. Was put on hold for the 20 minutes that it took me to drive there in person & was still on hold when I arrived. I understand the impact of COVID & appreciate the staff that have been working during this time. Management could fix the phone system & staff accordingly or make adjustments just like any other business on busy days. It is a matter of health when a customer needs a prescription. I give them no stars today. ~Nat

Update: After the clerk said she could not cash the ticket, I went to another business and they told me it has already been cashed! So I drove back to Seasons in Lincoln to confront the girl and amazingly my 50.00 appear on the counter. She has ran it through before. Watch your money here if going here!!! Went in with a 50.00 dollar winning scratch ticket. Was told she was broke and wouldn't cash it. Only would sell me more. Sad this company is in such bad shape they can't honor what they sell. Will be taking my company business elsewhere ~Colin

Had a very Horrible Experience. At first my card was declined at the pump so I had to go inside and pay for it inside the store. After I paid $40 prepaid for fuel I went back to the pump and got only $20 in credit to fill up. I was charged for the full amount yet only received half of the gas I paid for. I went back inside and asked for the rest of the gas they said there was an anomaly and that I would be reimbursed. After that I was told to use another pump but once I selected the grade for the fuel they type of fuel was not avail either at that pump. This entire tedious process took me half n hour and I missed out on an important examination. The women inside although very helpful couldn’t help me. The man on the other was quite rude towards the end. ~Shamir

I have soooo many people that recommended me to this place. First and foremost, the staff are SO friendly. They really do have some great workers here. Secondly, the food is spot on. I haven’t had anything i didn’t like. You can’t really mess up a grinder but you can surely make it excellent and that’s exactly what they do here at Hercules. Oddly enough i haven’t tried their pizza yet, so that’s next. I always go to this place for a quite bite to eat. Food comes out hot and fresh, always. Don’t get me started on those fried pickles with chipotle mayo! Love it! ~Angela
