Tremendously bad automated phone call system. I was hung up on 3-4 times after getting through all of the cumbersome automated choices, which was a feat in itself. Also hung up on by the pharmacy agent after being on hold twice. Was put on hold for the 20 minutes that it took me to drive there in person & was still on hold when I arrived. I understand the impact of COVID & appreciate the staff that have been working during this time. Management could fix the phone system & staff accordingly or make adjustments just like any other business on busy days. It is a matter of health when a customer needs a prescription. I give them no stars today. ~Nat
