Update: After the clerk said she could not cash the ticket, I went to another business and they told me it has already been cashed! So I drove back to Seasons in Lincoln to confront the girl and amazingly my 50.00 appear on the counter. She has ran it through before. Watch your money here if going here!!! Went in with a 50.00 dollar winning scratch ticket. Was told she was broke and wouldn't cash it. Only would sell me more. Sad this company is in such bad shape they can't honor what they sell. Will be taking my company business elsewhere

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. The dunkin has good service but the actual store does not. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. The workers are disrespectful and rude. Do not waste your time here.

UPDATE: The owner saw this and seemed to have updated the hours for 5am-11pm everyday on Google. They also responded and apologized which was appreciated. I have not had the chance to see if the hours are posted on the door, but the online presence of the owner and correction here bring my review up to 4 stars (minus 1 star for the initial issue). I have not been inside, nor have I pumped gas there so I cannot comment on those aspects of the business. Original: Hours on the Google listing shows open 24 hours. This is wrong, I'm sitting here on a Thursday in the parking lot at 11:40pm and everything's closed. I'd make an update on the hours but no hours are posted on the door. Not very helpful when I'm trying to find gas.

Older lady who works there at night is extremely rude and incompetent. I simply walk out now if shes working. Theres always something with her!!!

Stopped in on tuesday at 8:40 and I had the rudest person while cashing out. Was raising her voice after I told her she grabbed me the wrong thing. Just overall unprofessional experience. Have been here multiple times but she was awful.

Every time I go here I have problems. Their pumps frequently don't work properly whether it's a pump down or a pump that will only allow you to select premium no matter how many times you press regular or the rewards points not being applied and you being charged the wrong price. The girls inside always give you a dirty look when you come back in to tell them the pump is not working. And today when I had to go back in (because I always have to go in twice) the girl had applied my money to the wrong pump and said it was my fault. I have been running in to pay for gas almost every day since I was 7 years old I'm pretty sure I know how to tell you what pump I'm on and yes I know everyone makes mistakes sometimes but this is an everyday problem here. I would definitely recommend finding another station. The convenience factor of this location is not worth it. The only reason I give it two stars is because they have good deals on snacks.
