Best pharmacy in Easley, South Carolina (SC) 2024

I will never have anything filled there. The lady pharmacist Rachel is extremely rude and raised her voice at me when i called to see if they got my prescription, so I told her please don't raise your voice speak to me in that manner, so she didn't like me saying that and refused to fill my medicine and sent it back to my doctor office. My doctor then called to see why, she was very rude to him as well to the point he hung up on her this is uncalled for and shouldn't have happened just because maybe she's having a bad day, this by far is the worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy it's mind blowing how mean and rude she was. ~M

I can’t say enough about Mike, the Manager at the Pelzer Hwy location. I made it a point to get his name as he walked by twice & asked me if I was being helped at the Deli area. I waited for awhile for some fresh fried chicken and Mac-n-cheese, at no fault from the ladies. I asked if they had a fresh batch and the lady told me what the wait time would be. I had no problem waiting as I am the one who requested it. Both ladies working the deli food area were very kind. Mike was very attentive and checked on me as I waited. Wow! You don’t see that type of professionalism these days. Even the young man at the self check out was very kind & had an upbeat personality. I had to come home and take a moment to acknowledge the employees. I wish I would’ve gotten the ladies names as well as the young man at the check out. You guys ROCK! Hope their District Manager and/or the higher ups acknowledge their OUTSTANDING service! They deserve it! Mike other businesses need more Managers like YOU!!! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience! This was on 7/19/22 between the times of 6:30pm to 7:30pm ~Hope
