Best boutique in Fair Play, South Carolina (SC) 2024

Nice friendly staff but i have never seen prices that high before. They had 24 packs of 5” mortors for $320! The smallest baby cakes were $60-$80 and all the finales were in the $300 ranges. I’m not sure why they charge double from what Shelton charges. If the prices were reasonable I would go there every time due to the service. $500 will get you barely anything here. ~Matthew
