I had an appointment with Jim a couple days ago to discuss my policy. Jim went over everything from the big to the small details. He did not pressure me into adding/buying anything. He just told me all my options and answered all my question thoroughly. He let me know that IF I wanted to add anything to my policy after we spoke, he would be there to help. I would recommend Jim Rooney's State Farm location to anyone. All the employees are awesome!! ~Tessa

The food was delicious! I love jerk Chicken with just the right amount of spice! I also got the oxtail plate with peas and rice and cabbage! The oxtail were so tender and flavorful! ~James

I don’t think I will ever come to this store again. I was racially profiled by the employee currently working around 7:15-7:30 PM by the name of Nikki. I was trying to purchase an item that required my ID. I took the photo out because she said she couldn’t see my face (strange you’re the only person that has ever told me that but no problem ). Once I showed her my ID, she stated that the person in the photo (which is myself) is darker than what I look like now, and that she can’t sell me the item requested. I was so flabbergasted, confused and in all around shock. I left the store in embarrassment and confusion . I will be contacting the owner of the store on Monday expressing this concern. ~Chris

I have purchased 2 vehicles from these folks and the service and price has been great. It makes car buying pleasant, which has not been my experience with other dealers. They also back up their cars and trucks if there is any problems, I guess this is why they are still in business. ~Paul
