I ended up having to go into AutoZone on 2 separate occasions today. Once this morning for something simple and then again this evening to have a battery tested and then replaced. Both times everyone was very friendly and helpful. They greeted me as soon as I entered, They took their time helping and I never felt like inconvenience to them which says a lot. There was also a new employee there this evening that was very eager to learn and shadow her coworker. Nice to see someone who actually wants to work and do well these days. ~Nicole

I’ve rented a uhaul from this location 3x and each time I’ve been treated as if I was a slave on Boone Hall Plantation during share crop season. The attendant (older white female & older white male with long hair) talked to me as if I was beneath them . It was so unpleasant but I had to remind myself that I’m in the SOUTH. Now , a young man by the name Mr. Carter was EXTREMELY PLEASANT & served with a SMILE … he’s been the ONLY pleasant one the 3x that I’ve been to this location. Carter … Get away from people who don’t know how to treat one another fairly before it rubs off on you sir . Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Stay far away from this business. I’d give it zero stars if possible. My husband bought a $450 nail gun from them, it was defective and broke the first time he used it, he paid $80 to have them “fix it” and it broke again the next day. They won’t fix it and refuse to admit the product was faulty. All contractors beware and take your business elsewhere. ~Lisa
