I’ve rented a uhaul from this location 3x and each time I’ve been treated as if I was a slave on Boone Hall Plantation during share crop season. The attendant (older white female & older white male with long hair) talked to me as if I was beneath them . It was so unpleasant but I had to remind myself that I’m in the SOUTH. Now , a young man by the name Mr. Carter was EXTREMELY PLEASANT & served with a SMILE … he’s been the ONLY pleasant one the 3x that I’ve been to this location. Carter … Get away from people who don’t know how to treat one another fairly before it rubs off on you sir . I’ll leave make sure to leave my business card to assist once your wanting to make a transition.

I was able to rent a 15' truck with no delays or hassle. This was particularly helpful when we were moving to GA and my mom's car broke down the morning we were leaving. They were so responsive, helpful, efficient, professional and pleasant. The employees were working so smoothly and quickly as a team, helping each other, stepping away to help a customer and coming back, while ringing up the steady flow of other customers at the 3 different cash registers, and helping Uhaul customers pick up their rentals ... and all this with a sincere, calm smile.
