Go here!! Made an appt online for 2pm, checked in via the kiosk, and there were only 2 other people in the waiting room with me. I got there early at 145, and was done before my appt time. Quick, easy, and the ladies were friendly and efficient!

I went to this location to get my bloodwork taken. I had an excellent experience. I wish I remembered my technician's name (I believe she was hispanic). I was afraid to ask her name again, because there are so many bad reviews I didn't want her to think I had something bad to say. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She worked patiently with my rolling veins. I was seen on time and my appointment was done promptly. Thank you so much.

This lab is not run efficiently. I was given an overnight test to take and was not given any instructions about the test. I was not told I needed an appointment to drop it off the next day and there were no less then 15 people ahead of me. The specimen needs to be refrigerated and due to so many people ahead it’s not being stored properly. The technician is rude and not helpful. They should have told me to make an appointment so I could have come at the correct time.

The cite coordinator was working the front desk and was a total **** to the patients. She was negative talking about patients to the staff in front of me, a lady questioned the co pay and she yelled at her there was a sign on the door that says it's computer generated, another woman told her there was 7 tests ordered when handing over paper and she responded I can read it. The people doing the blood draw, where great. They have always been able to get it with no issues but they need to get rid of the site coordinator.

Good staff but the last visit they lost the sample causing me to lose an hour pay to retest

I couldn't really provide a specimen.Then I was told to wait in the waiting room and unfortunately I had an emergency call that I could not answer because I was commanded to not leave the room rather than told I could not leave the room with no explanation as to why though I do understand why. Then I mentioned that it's just an emergency call I would rather answer outside and was told that if I do it would be reported as a refusal. I felt like I was being forced into this rather than providing good customer service to explain to me why this is against policy.

Had a very unpleasant experience here 03/18/2022 at around 2:45pm with one of the lab technicians who collects specimens. She appeared to be Hispanic. The way she spoke to me and addressed me made me feel like I was incompetent and she had no patience. If you’re working in a field where you deal with other people especially clinical, you should have a lot more compassion and patience. Don’t talk down to people or make them feel stupid, stop being rude and do better.

I had blood drawn and it was the worse and most painful draw that I've ever experienced! I'm sure the technician knew how much pain I was having during the draw. The inside of my elbow was immediately bruised and swollen. Photo shows the day after. The last time I had been to this location there were no problems with my blood being drawn so apparently it depends on the person you get.

I am a healthcare personnel too so I understand that this is a stressful job. But the person who collects my specimen, Dee, was straight up showing how unprofessional and fed up she is with her work. Honestly never had this experience before, now that I think back, it was just blatantly terrible. I asked for clarification, she doesn’t bother to explain it, infiltrated my vein, gave me attitude. Sorry Dee if you are reading this, please do better.
