We had a terrible experience. We reached at 7:30 am. That’s when they are supposed to open. The facility was locked. We waited for half an hour. One staff member showed up. She said she didn’t have the key. She called someone. The second person showed up. One of them didn’t know what their login to the system was. When it was time to draw my blood, one of them couldn’t find my vein. She poked both my arms and couldn’t draw blood. The second person had to come and help. I don’t know how this place is still operational.

They claim to open at 7:30am but staff showed up at 8am. The staff was unprofessional and you can see that from other reviews too.

I signed myself in and the waiting room and reception desk were vacant. For over twenty minutes I waited while I could hear loud laughter and conversation taking place in the back of the facility. I tried to call out to ensure they were even open (at 11:30am) and the talking and laughing turned to a whisper but still nobody came to the desk. Five minutes later a lady (client) came out and made all kinds of excuses for why nobody was helping me - clearly giving the impression she was a friend (and probably the person the employee was laughing with for 20 minutes). After 30 minutes a rude staff member came and ask “who was speaking”. I indicated it was me wondering if anyone was there to provide services and she said she was busy. The laughter and chatting were clearly not work and her attitude was awful. Very unprofessional.

Inconsistency with business time. Paper showed open from 9-11am on Sat, but staffs said only from 8-10am. Complaining here but maybe nobody care.

Well, it seem to go ok. my wife needed lab work no issues took her in ok. But! as I was sitting and waiting for my wife to complete her lab work. The CPL representative at the window asked me with a very militant tone. "Can I help you!" I said no I'm waiting for my wife to complete her test. the CPL representative responding in the same militant tone "Well if someone comes in I need you to wait outside and let them sit in our waiting room" Now I get it due Covid the waiting room shouldn't have too many people in a small space, and I figured that out on my own. So I said sure not a problem. But as a representative of CPL, I could be wrong about this part, but I believe good customer service is part of their job description. If I were her coach and received this feedback. My developing process would be to work on her delivery. How about, " Ok she should be out in few minutes, if you could due to Covid restriction could you please wait out in the hallway if another customer comes in for test. That would be greatly appreciated" This happened Monday 4/12/22, and since then I've told 36 people in my customer service training class and they told a few more people and so on, and now posting this review all because of a tone. Honestly I don't blame the rep I balms her managers for failure to inspect what CPL expects to retain customers. My motto has always been get your point across, but be nice!.

Nice Facility. Plenty of Parking. Person who assist me is very nice, professional and friendly. The process was quick. We get in and out with in 5 mins.

Needed to fast to get my blood work done so they tell me we open at 7:30am. I get here the next morning at 8am and they are closed. Woke up early for nothing. This place is over half an hr from home. What a huge let down and waste of my time and sleep. Next time just say your closed. Very disappointing

Reached at 4:34 pm and their door was locked. After some knocking they opened the door and immediately said their machine was broken and it may take 30-35 mins to get it running. They close at 5 pm and basically didn’t want to do any work after 4:30 pm. My sister had the exact same experience few days ago. Even though I said it was urgent for me to get my labs done, they didn’t care. Instead told me how I should have got there early and I should come back first thing in the morning. How did they know the system will start working in the morning if it was legitimately not working? And of course, it took forever to get the lab result as others have mentioned. Rude and lazy staff. Won’t come back ever again.

I have always found the personnel to be very helpful and caring. I have never had a problem in having blood drawn; they are very careful and are always able to quickly and painlessly draw the samples they need. I have always found them prompt in preparing their reports.

Girl at the front has a bad attitude. I called to ask if I need an appointment. She said no. I asked are you sure? I can just walk in? She said yes. So I went and when I got there I showed her my tests order and she tells me I need to make an appointment. I said I called and asked and you said no. She said you never said what you were getting done. How about instead of telling people they don’t need an appointment you say it depends on what kind of test you’re getting done and then proceed to ask what type of test the person is getting done. Think lady! Think! It’s not that difficult. Definitely not going back there to get my tests done. I’ll find a better place.
