Best physical fitness program in Lake Wylie, South Carolina (SC) 2024

I’ve been a member for five years. The convenience of the location and the 24/7 availability eliminates all my excuses for not using the facility - and it has everything you could want; free weights, machines, treadmills, studio. The staff is awesome - always willing to show you how to use the equipment so there is no intimidation on trying new exercises. And the gym is super clean, so you know that the staff is committed to making the most positive experience for their clients. I highly recommend !! PS: try out the HIIT and Bootcamp classes - it’s a great motivator to improve yourself. ~Matt
