Love this store! It's well stocked and it's normally neat. This morning it was a mess! They didn't have any available carts inside the door. Once I started walking through the store, I discovered why---employees were using the shopping carts to hold empty cardboard boxes that had held stock!!!! What??? Anyway, this was an unusual encounter. That is why I didn't deduct stars today. Hoping someone there soon figures out a better way to get rid of empty boxes. And leaves carts near door for customers!! ~Deb

Used to be the place for local goods at a good price, but why pay $8 for pound of local breakfast sausage when I can get a pound of local breakfast sausage at Ingles for $4.50? Bulk spices are still a great selection but not so budget friendly anymore. Kinda the Whole Foods of Seneca but still a great place for quality items. ~Hela

The store is fine as far as the inventory and the selection. Pricing is pretty good and seems to be fair. The biggest area for any improvement would be the floor sales help. My girlfriend and I asked the girl working there for some house warming gift ideas and she said she didn't have any ideas??? Needless to say we didn't have any help which was very disappointing. ~Steve

Why, WHY is this the only Ingles out of 3 counties in 3 states that cannot manage to get PROPER DELI DRINK CUPS AND SOUP CUPS! Every other Ingles deli I've been in have for months had the proper cup in their deli. Cashier's, Easley, Pickens, Central/Clemson, Liberty, West Union, Toccoa, ALL have proper cups. This has been my favorite Ingles store for years And I WAS buying tea there at least four times a week as well as a couple hundred dollars of groceries per week, and the substitute cups were not a big deal until the last three weeks when you started using a 16 ounce cup and charging the same price as the regular 32 ounce deli drink. And some of your cashier's back there will laugh about it and say " yeah, we know it's a rip off but..." Now, I'll walk in and look to see if you've done anything about it and if not, I walk back out and go way out of my way to West Union or Central to make my Ingles purchases. I had an amazing experience there, can't same the about the mobile app. If you are thinking about using their rentals, do it at the front desk, you won't regret it. The guys are REALLY nice, proactive and helpful. I'm glad they reached out to me while I was struggling with the mobile app checkout. :) ~Bea
