I had an amazing experience there, can't same the about the mobile app. If you are thinking about using their rentals, do it at the front desk, you won't regret it. The guys are REALLY nice, proactive and helpful. I'm glad they reached out to me while I was struggling with the mobile app checkout. :)

Uhaul is rude. Unhelpful. Does not value their customers. The regional manager Phillip Sams is a total jackass who w ould rather lose customers than make his mistakes right. Penske is much cheaper and way more professional and customer oriented. Do yourself a favor....Go to Penske. They are right at Home Depot.

Mike personally assured that we would have an auto transport, but business was closed the day we were to pick up. Very disappointing. Had to go the opposite direction to pick up at another dealer. Kelly was very helpful.
