We have rented the largest pull-behind u-haul trailer from this dealer in Vermillion numerous times over several years; the first time was back in 2007, 2 or 3 different weekends that year, again in 2014, more recently in 2019 & again in 2020. These people have always been wonderful to work with, answer our questions, make sure we know what we're doing, whether our vehicle can handle it, make sure everything is hooked up & functioning properly & very reasonably priced, especially compared to other locations in nearby larger cities. I don't even bother to call any other business, even if I'm heading in the opposite direction & there are other dealers along my route, I go 20 miles to Vermillion to give them my business. ~sydney.g.sloan

Wish I could leave no star. We had our vehicle break down and called around. Henderson said he could look at it the next day 8AM. We paid to have it towed there and got a hotel for the night. 8AM comes around and Henderson dismissed us saying he has to change someone's oil at 9, so, no. ~Mike

Absolutely the worst bank!! The people are so rude and snotty.. absolutely horrible business practices.. they have their favorites and if your not one of them they treat you like trash!!! 3 different times I have been treated horribly… ~Casandra
