Best bank in Athens, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Litteraly the worst customer service ever. Since they changed Athens federal to this bank I have had nothing but problems out of my debit card not working with money in the bank. Their customer service never works when you call them. Will be switching banks. I would give 0 stars if possible. ~Ashley

Probably the least helpful branch I have ever been to. I needed a money order and they told me they don’t do that at the Window after I told them I had a sick kid in the back and proceeded to tell me the lobby is full and that I can go wait in lane 3 until they are able to get to me. I have never had this issue with any other regions branch! ~Christina

Great place to check with if you are looking for a home loan. They are very helpful and try to find ways to help you meet your goals. It doesn't take long to get a pre-approval letter if you are in need of one. They are very competitive with others in the market. ~Kevin
