Best wheel alignment service in Athens, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Avoid this place. Terrible customer service and incompetent staff. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation at approximately 9:30. Knowing that it is normally busy on Saturday's, my wife and I went to Sweetwater to have breakfast. Came back and noticed that my car had not been moved so I went shopping in the co-op. At about a quarter to twelve went back to the service bays and asked how much longer it was going to be. Was told that I was next in line. My wife and I went to Hobby Lobby and shopped. Came back at one. Car still hadn't been worked on. I asked for my keys and asked why my car hadn't been worked on. The counter person informed me it was because a time in hadn't been written on the paperwork that he filled out. Apparently if the morons that work there make a mistake you won't be served. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. ~Michael
