Make sure you save your receipts. The cashier said the credit card terminal wasn’t working and had me remove my card and use an additional card terminal. Both card terminals charged my card. The owner said he had to wait on his card merchant to return my money to him so he could give to me. I have provided bank statement and cashier remembers they had card terminal issue. The owner will not call me back. Also, credit card company will not refund because the different card terminals they used have different names so it looks like a different location (how convenient). The owner and cashier know that they have overcharged and kept additional money which is theft. If I had stolen money or items from their store this would be a different story. ~Jennifer
