Best bakery in East Ridge, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Up until about a year ago I would have given this place four or five stars but for the past year and a half to two years it is steadily been going downhill. Had 10 items on my list to pick up today. I was only able to find three. That's fine I understand the holidays put a burden on stock but some of these things have been out stock for the last three or four trips. There seems to be a problem with understanding when an item's stock is getting low and realizing that it's time to order more. I would prefer to shop here because it's close to my house but I always end up having to go somewhere else when I try to shop here because they never have what I need. Not sure what has happened in the last couple of years but there's been a noticeable steady decline. ~William
