The young lady was so sweet and helpful when I arrived at their boutique for the first time. I purchased a dress and bracelet. Today at 330 I wore the sun dress for the first time listening to live music. Yes, in front of everyone the string that tied at the shoulder broke loose from the back of the dress. My wife was totally humiliated. I expect a full return on a new arrival attire have some standards of quality. Very disappointed and hoping to resolve the issue in person. Don't even get me started on the bracelets. No one likes to be humiliated based on an expensive wardrobe malfunctions, but I swear to God it happened. I have witnesses to the whole thing, of course I told everyone where I bought it because I think everyone else felt more uncomfortable then I did. I would herein ask someone from the store to contact me as I do not want any sort of scene. It angers me, I was sold poor quality products. . Look forward to a response to my posting.
