I hate leaving bad reviews but only way a business can be better is by facts. Our Walmart in town I reside has to be the worst one in the nation. Employees are always clueless with lack of training and when one does try to help, they are so far out in left field of even coming anywhere close to answering a simple question. Management there is a joke if they even ever show their presence. Sam Walton would be most disappointed in this store if he was alive to visit it. ~David

Almost all of the time I have used the Connection Center at Walmart has been a good experience. Today in my opinion, I received the best service of all the times I have been there. Unfortunately I am not able to remember the employee's name that helped me with my purchase today, but he was very helpful. He took the time to answer my questions about the phone, as well as his personal experience with the same phone. He was very helpful in the process of finding a phone that would be the best choice for me. I do wish I could remember his name, as he should be commended by his supervisor for doing his job well. ~Barbara
