If you live in Jacksboro, don't bother with investing in Wal-Mart plus. I live close to the courthouse, so it's basically across the street from Wal-Mart. Never actually had a problem with the delivery service until I got Wal-Mart + second time trying to order and so far it's been over 24 hours and I still haven't received my order. Can't cancel it either, it literally won't allow you to cancel an order. You can return the order after its delivered, of course you will need to gather everything you ordered and take it into the store to do it. IF you actually get your order DELIVERED! If it's not dependable, and it's going to be this difficult when it does go wrong, then you might as well not bother doing delivery at all.

They only stock overnight. I do not shop at 6am. So at 2 4 6 pm they are understocked. Worked for Krogers did the same thing. When I shop I would think you would wish me find want I want but to save money? Corporates have decided to force you to shop at 6 am.

Every time we go to Walmart there is always something new to look at they have a real good selection of each item in each department. And their subway sandwiches is yummy

I hate leaving bad reviews but only way a business can be better is by facts. Our Walmart in town I reside has to be the worst one in the nation. Employees are always clueless with lack of training and when one does try to help, they are so far out in left field of even coming anywhere close to answering a simple question. Management there is a joke if they even ever show their presence. Sam Walton would be most disappointed in this store if he was alive to visit it.

The check out system makes the wrong assumption that your doing something wrong and that takes time away from the customer. I honestly think that this system can improve if the machine has better camera angles to monitor with.

Truckers can park while they shop, which is nice. Fair warning to other truckers. DONT BE A PIG! Follow the truck route signs and park as far right as possible. Only room for a couple trucks at a time.

Ok Walmart you are no longer open 24/7, so that means you should NOT be putting pallets in the middle of the isles blocking products! This is complete BS! Your stock crew needs to stock after the store closes, not when you have customers in the store trying to buy items. If the above info doesn’t help persuade you to change your stocking hours, maybes this will. Look at it from a risk standpoint… if customer climbs pallet of stock, and it falls on them… you are going to be paying them a nice chunk of change. So to save some money and prevent the risk issue, let’s just start stocking the shelves after the store closes.
