I bought the oil filter and did not notice the rubber ring was missing and my oil shoot out, got on my driveway, and under my car engine. I told the guy who works there and the lady manager about it, with the pic shown to prove, they were nice to give me a new filter and 5 gallons of oil, that is what I call great customer service and their understanding. ~Buck
