Lady with Grey hair behind counter is extremely rude. This is the second time we have had a problem with her. She needs to learn some customer service skills. She doesn't listen to your needs and just doesn't care. If she was my employee she would be fired for her behavior. Very disappointed customer. Will take my business elsewhere! ~Daniel
