Best convenience store in Madisonville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Lady with Grey hair behind counter is extremely rude. This is the second time we have had a problem with her. She needs to learn some customer service skills. She doesn't listen to your needs and just doesn't care. If she was my employee she would be fired for her behavior. Very disappointed customer. Will take my business elsewhere! ~Daniel

Jacob is the most pleasant person I have encountered there. Very helpful and seems to know how to do his job very well. He explained the new adds very well. 10/10 customer service will most definitely be coming back here. I usually do not leave reviews but this boy was very helpful. ~Alysha
