5 Best convenience store in Maryville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

The employees was really helpful and respectful. The store was clean. I was able to get around the aisles in my wheelchair. Workers asked if I needed help finding anything thing. This Dollar General is great. I highly recommend this store to everyone. You w have a great experience believe me. ~Melissa

Do not work here , still paying employees 11$ and underpaying managers by alot . Terrible ~Cool

Woody's is a one, reasonable price on gas and a good snack bar. The staff is tops, very friendly and makes you feel like you're family ~Joe

To start off, I would like to say I have used Walgreens pharmacy for my entire life. That however has changed. I was prescribed a new medicine that was newer on the market as well. I was told they didn’t have it in stock so I thought, ok no problem. I can wait. When I went back to get it, they said I needed a prior authorization for insurance from the doctor so they sent a message requesting one for me. Then, after waiting for a couple weeks without hearing anything I went to check and they were still waiting for the PA. Alright, I need it but not life or death so they send another request. Another couple weeks and still the same thing. By the third time I called my doctor and they had not received any request except the last one. The first two that Walgreens had “sent” was never received. Once insurance approved it I went to pick it up and to my surprise, it still was not in stock. I requested it to be ordered and was told it was. Alright perfect. Then after not hearing anything for yet another couple weeks, I went to check and they claim that insurance needs a prior authorization. I told them the doctor sent it in and that I was told it was approved by insurance the last time I asked for the medication to be ordered. They told me insurance had to have the pa and had not received it. They also said it wasn’t in stock and would have to be ordered. At this point I’m thinking this medicine is impossible to get and call my doctors office asking to change it. They told me it is a good medicine and just has to be ordered. And they told me they knew of another pharmacy having it. So they contacted the other pharmacy and got it transferred the SAME DAY to the one closest to my house! Both the doctors office and my NEW pharmacy came through so quickly in a few hours when Walgreens seriously took 3 MONTHS and still no medicine! I have a 3 year old child and I need to be able to trust the pharmacy our family uses. I could no longer do that with Walgreens. They lost my trust. When it comes to medicine, sometimes we might not be able to wait 3 months for Walgreens to give us the run around just because they would rather customers use generic medications because it’s cheaper for them (that was the case here and why they didn’t want to order it.). That’s really sorry and dishonest. So I will no longer recommend them to others and will actually try to warn others about the greediness and dishonesty of this pharmacy. ~Ashley

Since this new store owner the male has came in We don't care about you lost you car or anything else like he tells every one that will listen. DoYour Job and clean up this mess you let get in this store same floats same box's in isles for Months Nothing on shelves is pathetic how lazy some managers are . By the way your salary is for you to keep the store up not 32 or 40 hrs of doing nothing and going home Stay an work 50 or 60 to get this location Cleaned up and another manager needs to take over and do the dang job right.. This new manager needs to keep his personal life at home and talk about how he is going to fix the store he is paid to take carenof ~Donna
