Best restaurant in Powell, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Poor Service, no provisions for handicap to get help or even buy gas without having to walk back and forth regardless of infirmity to get pumps turned on basically forcing them to use credit cards to prevent this situation. It totally unfair to tell someone that they have to use a credit card or a debit card to keep from having to post cash up front for a fill up. It is time we require businesses to live up to the laws set forth in the ADA to protect those with disabilities. They just do not care. ~Glenn

Krystal was a childhood treat and this visit lived up to it. Service was great! They are still doing, like most fast food, a pandemic holdout; even though it was a dine in order I got my order packed to go. So much waste of materials. ~Lucas
