I needed to rent a Uhaul and trailer get get myself and viechle home. I'm a senior citizen vet with bad knees and a heart condition so I asked the young gentlemen if he would help me secure my vehicle and he told me that I should pay him a tip to help me and when I didn't he walked off and left me. Getting under my vehicle to secure chains was very hard and painful. ~William
