The staff is friendly, no arguing that, but this isn't a casino. The scratch heads make doing anything a longer process than need be. Upper management needs to make more trips to this location and highlight what needs attention. Cox is worried about pushing the food, way more than they are worried about keeping the fuel pumping. It took 42 minutes to fill up a Honda accord not long ago. the fuel was pumping so slow. It was like that for awhile, I haven't filled up there since then, may be better now. I just fill up in dyersburg before I come to Lake County. ~Billy
