Best auto repair shop in Washburn, Tennessee (TN) 2024

My grandmother and I contacted AAA to request a tow and we did NOT speak to a automated machine; we spoke to a person. We were told that the tow service that would be picking up my car was going to be Phifer's and that it would be a 45 minute wait; we had already been waiting for 3 hours before this call. An hour and a half goes by and we are wondering were the tow truck was, also we were not contacted by ANYONE during this time. So, my grandmother calls Phifer and the man on the phone not only interrupts her, but tells her that they declined the call. Rude, will not be using this service. ~Tessa
