I haven't used anything but the drive through in years so I don't even know if they're lobby is open anymore. The drive through tellers have always been friendly and fast, but I have to drop their rating because of they're horrible online banking. The search feature is very annoying to use and the system will kick you for inactivity even though you can be actively scrolling up and down reviewing transactions. In order to prevent that, you have to continually click refresh on the page you're looking at, as apparently it only registers page changes as activity. If you manage a business account like I do and spend a great deal of time dealing with it, it becomes an issue. Also, we have had trouble in the past getting them to allow us to spend our own money on large purchases, and since I manage a truck repair shop, purchases can get large very quickly and quite often. And while i understand and appreciate the need for security, they often flag transactions as suspicious and lock our debit cards, though what criteria they use to do so is beyond me. This often leaves us with a parts delivery guy or roadside tech stuck waiting somewhere while we track down the my boss to contact the bank and straighten things out. Besides that they are a bank, which automatically loses them a star because my blood pressure rises anytime I have to deal with any bank. ~Daniel
