Seems like startbucks thinks they can do whatever make you wait 30 mind on a drink makes you wait 5 mins to be waited on when there 5 people behind the register no other customers in line then won't take my 100.00 cash all the wasted time and I am still thirsty

We found 2 different hair strands on our Frappuccino orders!!! So Disgusting 🤢🤮 NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION! & I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! HOW GROSS!!! 🤢 REFUND MY DRINKS!😤😡

The drive thru line was wrapped around the building just like any other Starbucks so we went inside to try to save a little time. There was nobody inside the store and we still waited 20+ minutes for our order. I know this is the only Starbucks in this town, but you would think they would be able to handle the inside orders better instead of just focusing on the drive thru & mobile app orders. We learned our lesson and will be using the mobile app from now on because that is what they prioritize!

I ordered a iced matcha with cold foam, the matcha powder was mixed up so it was full of powder beads, the 16oz had about 8oz of liquid, and the cold foam was solid air and bubbles.

I try so hard to sit here and do homework but literally every time I come in the music is SO BAD and I have to leave. Today it was a Disney Channel playlist... I'd really rather not listen to Sebastian from The Little Mermaid on full blast. PLEASE play better music. Oop now Circle of Life from the Lion King is playing. Send help.

Waited in line for almost 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me and when we pulled up the lady said one second and took about an extra 10 minutes because the drinks weren’t even made…. Starbucks has always been known to be 30 seconds but everyone here must be new… this is the slowest service I’ve ever had…. And we got the wrong drink and the girl argued with us saying that we are wrong and got an attitude with us…. This is the worst experience my family and I ever had

I absolutely love coming here. Sure sometimes they are out of product which is no fault of their own. Sometimes the wait is a little long but face it that is pretty much everywhere. You should be nice to the people who actually show up to work. Chancelor (sp?) Is my absolute favorite. He makes my almost daily trips there just great. Great way to start my day. His positive attitude just radiates.

Large Starbucks with indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of seating to get work done with an abundance of outlets and WiFi. The drive through moved quickly when we went too.
