Best tobacco shop in Alvin, Texas (TX) 2024

I was disappointed that at nearly 3:30 this afternoon I was refused to use a 100$ bill on my merchandise I was paying for. I was buying a couple valentine items candy and baby wipes. I was told I couldn't use my 100$ bill bc they would only be able to pay me back in coin change... though the clerks were respectful I was not too sure of nor thrilled with the response. I felt as if that might be the answer all day everyday: a refusal to take larger bills. This came upsetting I felt disrespected and also like an inconvenience to the rest of the line behind me where they had to wait on me digging for any kinda of quarters or dollars I could use. I could then only afford baby wipes and had to surrender my kids class candy and valentine items that was already in their hand in a bag. we all love those type of people holding up the line! If its a policy that I'm missing I was a customer first not someone asking to just break 100$ and the store should have been able to work with a customer like me by that time of day that wants to buy from you. You want money and sales in that case right? ~Katie

Today I attempted to make a purchase. However, the current female employee had a very bad attitude. I waited at the counter for a few minutes before she took notice. Then she heavily sighed with a "oh my god" comment before walking behind the counter. Then she very rudely said "I'm not breaking that ($20 bill) for just this. This is only like $3 worth of stuff". A 2 liter and a box of nutty buddies. I can understand the point, but her attitude was completely uncalled for. Doubtful I'll return to that company for anything anymore. ~Nunnya
