Best wheel store in Belton, Texas (TX) 2024

I usually do not write reviews of any sort but the experience I had with Quality Tire and Auto today has changed that. My wife was traveling for a new job to Minnesota from Austin when she heard a strange noise and the car shaking. She pulled over and called me so I can see what was the problem and I assumed it might be a tire issue, so I called local shops in the area and explained to them the problem and no one was able to work her into the shop. I called Quality Tire & Auto and spoke with a young lady named Jenifer and told her my situation and she was able to get us in even though my wife was 20 miles away. The level of service we experienced with this shop is better than I ever expected. Even better than a major chain. The young man diagnosed and replaced a defective tire that was causing the problem fast. I know they were busy just like the other shops and they still made accommodations to help a stranded person. I am thankful for everyone who help my wife get back on the road and made sure she was safe to continue her trip. Places like this is what keep America running.
