If you purchase a phone and it stops working for no reason and it's before 30 days they don't give you a new phone , instead they give you a refurbished phone. And when you ask why they have no reasonable response and they refer you to the maker of the phone in my case Motorola and when you ask them for their contact number they refuse to provide it and when you ask why they respond with "google it" worst customer service.
