These people care. And I believe people make the place. They've cultivated a community that is so accepting and have a brand new space that is just the perfect backdrop for healing. I went in for a massage from Gopi Sandal today and I was on the verge of having my back go out... I left feeling so restored, but also energized. My back is reaping all the benefits and I can't wait to go back and make this part of my regular self-love, self-care practice. Also, the yoga classes I have been to are absolutely peace-giving. It doesn't matter if you've done yoga or not, it's all about doing what you can, where you are, and nothing more. This is so huge! Many studios feel like a competition, but not OmGrown.
