Ordered a cake and when we picked it up it was nothing like what we had ordered. We called and spoke to a manager just to inform them that this was not the cake we expected to receive. He was very polite and helpful! He offered a replacement cake to be delivered to our house FREE OF CHARGE! We are so pleased with the replacement! It is exactly what we expected!
