Going to givethe tech 5 stars for looking so hard on my phone ror 5 off coupons with no luck. This is the second time for this and got home an hour later and got snother one Wonder if it will disappear also?

The people are very helpful. The store is clean and they gave a pretty good selection. I am used to power prices since I usually shopped at HEB where I used to live. But with the thank you card it helps, and they do run some some really good specials sometimes.

We only buy groceries at Brookshire! The staff show old fashioned customer service, and they even help you to your car with your groceries.

Ordered a cake and when we picked it up it was nothing like what we had ordered. We called and spoke to a manager just to inform them that this was not the cake we expected to receive. He was very polite and helpful! He offered a replacement cake to be delivered to our house FREE OF CHARGE! We are so pleased with the replacement! It is exactly what we expected! Thank you so much for the great service!

Everything you need Conveniently in town plus a gas station. Always clean and well stocked. Has pharmacy, hot food, and a delicious bakery. I order brookshires cakes for all occasions. Southside bank inside this location.

Was in the deli ordering a lunch plate and was waited on by Hunter. I mentioned I would have liked to have had summer slaw as a side but noticed they were out, He asked if I could wait about 5 minutes and he could get it made. Was so kind and thoughtful and went above and beyond. This kind of service is what makes Brookshires stand out from other grocery retailers! And as I own a business I really was impressed! Great job Hunter!
